Childbirth Education
BeLoved offers childbirth classes as unique as you are! Feel all the love in our not one size fits all class options. Taught by certified HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator with HypnoBirthing International, Ciarra Morgan. She will cover everything that you need to know, from pregnancy to birth, in a fun and completely comfortable atmosphere. This is not your sterile hospital class, as you and your partner will learn so much more and become even more excited and prepared for your baby's birth!
Choose from private (in your home) or virtual classes via Zoom (some private, some small group)
*Childbirth education classes may be eligible for payment with flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA). It is up to you, as the policyholder, to confirm this information with your carrier and that services will be covered or reimbursed. We also accept cash, check, and credit card payment. If paying with a credit card, there is a 3% processing fee.

Group HypnoBirthing Classes (via zoom)
$450
Group classes provide the benefit of meeting other people going through the same experience. The fee for group classes is $450 and includes the book - HypnoBirthing The Mongan Method, Rainbow Relaxation audio, class handouts, and access to information about other local resources.
What is HypnoBirthing?
This program includes education in special breathing techniques,
self-hypnosis, relaxation, affirmation, visualization, and
bonding - all designed to assist you to become empowered and
confident, as you trust the innate wisdom of your body to know
how to birth your baby intuitively.
We believe babies can be welcomed into the world in a peaceful
and gentle way. We believe childbirth is a normal, natural, and healthy human experience for the majority of people. In the absence of a special medical circumstance, a person should be able to birth instinctively and without force or limitation from those around them. In the absence of fear and tension, pain does not have to be a big part of labor. Changing our vocabulary is a huge part of our experience. Not everything has to be pleasure or pain. HypnoBirthing will teach you to reprogram the beliefs you may have held previously. You will learn how to trust your body and work with it, allowing it to do what it already knows how to. You can experience a calm, relaxed birth free from the fear and anxiety that limit your body and work against your natural instinct.
Our goal is to help you feel empowered to have the birth experience YOU desire. Please contact us with any questions you have about HypnoBirthing. Ultimately, people should have the confidence to birth how they want, whether that's medicated, unmedicated, at home, in a hospital, or in a birth center. Thankfully we can all choose for ourselves!
Private HypnoBirthing Classes
$750
While some people thrive in a group setting, some are more comfortable in an intimate setting with only their birth partner. Private classes are also great for those that have schedules that are don't fit into the group class times. The fee for private classes is $650 and includes everything the group classes provide.
Refresher Course
$200
The refresher course is for parents that have already completed the 5 class
series of HypnoBirthing (whether it was with us or with a different
practitioner) and need a refresher for this pregnancy and birth. The fee for
this class is $200.
Comprehensive Childbirth Class
$350
For those that are either not interested in HypnoBirthing or do not have the availability to do a 5 class series, we offer this Comprehensive Childbirth Class. This is a one time, 3 hour class, and can be offered to groups or privately. We will cover choosing a care provider, how to prepare for your birthing day, labor comfort measures, breathing techniques, and much more! This class can be given to a group or privately.
Strictly online, do-at-your-own-pace childbirth education:
Preparing for Birth Modern Birth Course and Prepared Feeding, $275
Where evidence meets intuition. This comprehensive online course is your guide to preparing for your birth and feeding your baby all done at your own pace and in the privacy and convenience of your own home! This online birth course has all of the goodness that we would teach in-person just in an online pre-recorded format and taught by leaders in our industry. In Prepared Feeding, Amanda Devereux, RN, IBCLC, walks you through everything from gathering supplies, getting a great first latch, troubleshooting some common issues, and takes you all the way to pumping and introducing a bottle.
