Birth Doula
As doulas, we will make sure that you feel physically and mentally cared for. You will have comfort in knowing that your wishes will be respected and that your voice will be heard. We will provide you with encouragement and self-confidence when you may doubt yourself, all while granting you a calm, yet supportive person in a challenging time. We will create a safe and loving environment for you and your family.
Transitioning siblings
Have them hear it from us, it isn't the end of the world that they are getting a new sibling! Or, that the new baby is not a new toy for them. We will teach your children all about their new addition, what to expect, and how to help if you want them involved in your delivery too!
Lactation Support
We will help you with that first latch (and the second latch, which is sometimes harder!) and answer all of your breastfeeding questions, ease your possible frustrations, and give you pointers as you learn to bond with your baby.

Home Visits
Let us give you the peace of mind that your baby is being loved and cared for and at the same time, give yourself some love and care! A well-rested mom is a happier, healthier mom. We can help you lighten your load by offering light cleanup at your home, meal prep, or just tend to your little one while you give yourself a good night's sleep!
Placenta Encapsulation
Coming soon! Studies show that consuming your placenta after childbirth can provide an increased release of the hormone oxytocin, which helps the uterus return to normal size and encourages bonding with your infant, an increase in milk production, an increase in CRH, a stress-reducing hormone, a decrease in postpartum depression levels, and a restoration of iron levels in the blood.

A.Loved Birth Package, $1500:

initial consultation at agreed-upon location

2 prenatal visits in your home (or designated location) and assistance with birth plan creation

unlimited calling and texting during your pregnancy and postpartum

full attendance at your birth at a predetermined location (home, birthing center, hospital) and up to 2 hours after delivery

(hospital deliveries) 24-hour postpartum visit to assist in breastfeeding or support, if you request

2 postpartum visits in your home to process your birth and help with feedings or any postpartum concerns/questions (typically about 1 hour long)

one gift certificate for a fifty-minute massage from one of our favorites* (Lakeway Spine Center)

B.Loved Birth & Extended Postpartum Package, $2100:

an additional 16 hours of daytime or nighttime support for a total of 32 hours of scheduled in-home postpartum care (scheduled in 4-hour daytime or 8-hour overnight shifts)

*Your 50-minute massage can be booked either prior to or after birth. We will assist in setting it up with Lakeway Spine Center where the massage therapists are trained in prenatal and postpartum massage. You may use one of your postpartum visits for your doula to care for your baby if choosing to do the massage after you give birth.
D.Loved Planned Cesarean
Package, $580:

1 prenatal visit in your home (or designated location)

attendance at cesarean (in operating room if the hospital allows)

up to 6 hours postpartum or until you feel well, and baby has latched if breastfeeding

Our goal is to give you peace of mind that your baby is being loved and cared for while you are resting and recovering. A well-rested and cared for mom creates an environment for a happier and well-adjusted family!

we will bottle feed if you are wanting/needing uninterrupted sleep or we will bring the baby to you for nursing or bottle-feeding
